Terms

Effective October 2026.

Attribution uses Singular.

Pushes use OneSignal.

The assistant in the product can talk with the user. It is not a human and it is not professional advice. A message to the assistant is not shared with other users.

Users do not send personal data to each other.

The app does not build a profile of name, email, phone, contacts, or precise location.

A unique id is the identifying item used for attribution and for pushes.

A letter to the developer, VENTUHI LTD, is separate from the product and from the assistant. It contains only what you wrote.

Acceptable use

Use the product for the purpose it was built. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to break it, or use it to harm another person. Do not treat the assistant as professional advice. Do not send unlawful material to the studio or attempt to pass personal data from one user to another through the product.

Changes

These terms can change as the product changes. When they do, this page shows the new effective month. Continuing to use the product after that month means you accept the revised terms. The facts about Singular, OneSignal, the assistant, and the unique id stay in force unless this page says they have changed.

Disputes

Disputes are handled by writing to the developer, VENTUHI LTD. Send a letter to [email protected] that describes what happened and what you want resolved. The studio will answer in writing. That letter is separate from the assistant, and it contains only what you wrote.
