From behavior through the build to install

  1. VENTUHI LTD has made mobile apps for years. The work runs on iOS and on Android, and it begins before a single screen is drawn. We start with how an app should behave: what a person expects when they open it, what should happen when they wait, and what should stay quiet. From that account of behavior we move through the build, screen by screen and release by release, until there is a version a person can install. The studio treats that path as one continuous piece of work. Design, engineering, and the last checks before a store listing are the same project, not separate trades handed off in the dark. A build is finished only when someone outside the studio can put it on a phone and use it.

  2. A product from this studio is made for both platforms. iOS and Android are planned together, so the same intent shows up in both places even when the system underneath differs. We do not ship a complete app on one platform and a thin copy on the other. Shared behavior is written down first, then each platform receives the build it actually needs. A person who uses the product on either phone should recognize the same product. That includes the pace of the screens, the way errors are explained, and the point at which a task is done. Both versions are part of one release, and both are meant to be installed and used.

  3. An assistant in the product can talk with the user. It is not a human, and it is not professional advice. What someone writes is used to answer that person, and it is not passed to other users. The assistant replies inside the product from the words it was given. It does not replace a lawyer, a doctor, an accountant, or any other licensed professional. If a question needs that kind of judgment, the person has to seek it elsewhere. Conversation with the assistant stays with the reply. It is not a channel between customers, and it is not a public board.

  4. The app does not build a personal profile. Users do not send personal data to each other. There is no directory of people, no shared inbox, and no place where one user hands a name, an address, or a message to another user. The product is not a social network. What you do in the app is there to operate the app, not to describe you to someone else. We do not assemble a portrait from your contacts, your precise location, or a file of personal details. The absence of that profile is part of how the product is built, not an optional setting hidden in a menu.

  5. Attribution uses Singular. Pushes use OneSignal. The identifying item is a unique id, used so those services can tell one install from another. It is not your name, and it is not an account you open with other people. VENTUHI LTD is the developer. Write to us at [email protected] if you need a person at the studio. Privacy and Terms on this site state the same facts in shorter form, including what the assistant is and what the unique id is for. A letter to the developer is read by the studio. It is separate from the assistant, and it contains only what you wrote.
